Map Creation issue: Forests

Worst part is that civs that then start near floodplains have a insurmountable advntage early...

Not sure about this, the sickness is sometimes very bad if you have flood plains and no forest to balance it, or some other resource.

Flood plains give 3 food though. Meaning that as you grow, you still net +2 food, to pay the food costs of your new population point. And let's be honest, for the first 100 turns, you growth is dictated by your happiness not your health.
