Map Editor for Macintosh?

Anyone know of a good map editor for Civ II Gold Macintosh. I want something that can for example, copy and paste land and continents and has other options that the included Map Editor does not. Is there anything out there like that?

Ask a PC user to do it for you
Thats the only thing we can do, as of now, there are no user made map editors for mac
