I only have a copy of test of time and I would like to create a scenario, but there's a problem. I HAVE NO MAP EDITOR! does anyone know where I could get on in australia without buying a copy of the original civ2?

Well you can always download my ToTtoMGE patch which includes the map editor and scenario editor, or if you're just looking for a map, all Civ2 maps are usable by all versions of Civ 2 including ToT (except a few gigantic maps not compatible with 2.42-FW). Looking for just the map editor will prove more difficult, but you can use MS Paint to draw the map and convert it with one of the programs that do such things.
