Map from scens?

Is it possible to extract the map of a scenario, or from a saved game?

You can open a saved game or scenario in the map editor and then resave it. It will destroy anything on the map (cities/units) but so long as you don't resave it over the old file, both your original scenario, and the newly saved map file will both work.
