Map Maker Needed

I am looking for someone who knows how to make accurate maps. I would like a map of Central Europa because I am planing on making a Prussian MOD. The map would have to be large enough to support at least 10 civilizations (Prefer 200x200 map) and I would like it extend from Jutland to Rome (North-South) and from Lithuania to Paris (East-West) the reason for the space is because France and Poland where very important in the forming of a powerful Prussian State. And of course Austria and Denmark where too. If any one is willing to help or knows where such a map exist please contact me on this thread.
