Map Pins Menu (Add Scroll Possibility) [CIV 6]

As some of you may have noticed when adding alot pins on smaller resolution screens, you can only add a maximum number of pins before the "Add Pin" button gets out of reach and you can't add more.
So I would suggest a way of scroll to the top in the Pin Menu, so you can still add more, since I like the pin idea, because it gives me a good idea on how to place all Distrects, Wonders and Improvements I want to focus on to get the best start for my strategies.

On the picture below I have showed how it looks like once the "Add Pin" button is out of reach.

I'd also like to be able to place the map pin anywhere in the tile. The pin is currently clamped to the center of the tile which doesn't help if I'm trying to name a river or terrain feature.

I'm fine with having it centered. But I have been seen that it sometimes goes over the tile resources icon when showing tile yields.
So they also have to fix that, by doing, so the position of both the yield is placed under the icon, and the pin is placed above.

Edit: I remembered it wrong, I just started the game to check it out, and it's the pins that is placed right above the yield icon.
I also know that alot have complained about adding new pins overrides other pins. And yea, it's so annoying. And really needs to get fixed, it didn't even get fixed this patch, the “Fall 2016 Update”.
