Map request: Huge Europe for Warlords

Hi

Is anyone working on a huge (or larger) Europe map for the Warlords expansion?

It appears the maps I have of Europe are only for Civ4 vanilla.

Alternatively, can anyone explain how I might convert a Civ4 vanilla map to Warlords?

To convert it just change the file extension. From their it's easy to modify the WBS file in Notepad to add in a few extra civs.

What are the file extensions for Civ4 vanilla and Warlords?

It just says World Builder Save.
