Map with all resources for everyone?

Has anyone made a map that allow every player to have a fair chance to get all resources?

Probably for MP games, otherwise everyone should not have all resources. You could do with the editor, but it requires time.

I hate learning a tech and seeing a key resource is not available in my territory, but that also adds one of the more fun aspects of the game. Now I gotta go and get it!

Look in the user created maps forum and see.

Check in the use-created map section for maps by Swargey, and also the Titan, Saturn's moon map is not bad at all.
