maps from mod

How do I get at the maps from 1.61? More specifically, how do I play an SP game on the Europe map? When I go into Play Now! or Custom Game, the new mod maps aren't an option.

K, next question. Is there any way to get the civs to appear in their real starting places (Romans in Italy, Spanish in SPain, etc.)?
