March 26th Update

With this update to the Civilization III HOF we have our first Sid Victory, from DaveMcW. His Celts hit the Domination limit on a Tiny map in 130BC! frostbite shows the Aztecs still are king at those early Conquests, even with 15 shield Jags, submitting 6 Aztec Conquests from Chieftain to Monarch. Svar beat his previously best Chieftain 20k date with a Warlord 1575AD victory and added another Warlord 20k to boot. Illusion13 rounded out the submissions for this update with a Chieftain 1953AD Spaceship launch on a Huge map, our first entry on those settings. All of these games were played in C3C.

Got one question though, Aeson.
I thought players could only have 2 entries per category?
But Boogaboo has 4 on the high score list for Warlord...

A player can have 2 entries in a Difficulty/Victory Condition/Mapsize category. boogaboo has 2 Conquest/Tiny and 2 Conquest/Small. They all 4 qualify for the high score list, so be it.

I remember getting hung up on the same question on a previous update thread!

Congrats to Dave and Illusion13 for groundbreaking new categories. And hats off to frostbite and Svar for showing there's fierce honor and competition to be had on the tiny maps. It's nice to see boogaboo has some company!

Ah, OK.
I thought the high score list was also considered to be a seperate category, but I guess I was wrong...

Tiny maps. Last I checked, tiny and small were allowed, which is why I never attempted a HOF game on this computer. Funny how when I find out, my new computer will be here in a few days.

I've been playing the Iroquois lately (even an AW game). I think I'll give a tiny map HOF game a try. (Here goes my milking skills! Probably a lot to learn in that department)
