marla singer scenario troubles

i have been dl marla singer world map version 1.18.
When i try to play with this scenario, appears a window that says error in file.ini after i choose civilization and settings.
I have italian version of civilization 3 and when i have to choose civlizations and settings all is translated in english and after occurs the error.
what shall i do?

Do you have PTW? I'm not sure what the current version number is, but if it's for PTW, and you only have Civ3, there might be some problems with it.
