Massive Unhappiness, help!

I do not know what caused the massive unhappiness for every civ and mine in the game. The unhappiness is so massive that some cities have revolted. I have not updated my game mod files for some time. It could be one of the mods I installed below:

You can see in the changelog there was a bug causing some buildings to generate negative happiness, now fixed.
