Massively confused Newbie...help me!

well, thanks for all the help. it was genuinely appreciated. but, i traded it in. it was a long hard slog and i just could not be arsed. i know, my loss. think i'll stick with Age of Empires.

It needs some goodwill from your side to actually improve. If you give up at the first difficulty you'll be always a l00za in this game, no matter how much good advice you receive.

BTW, AOE SUX, Civ3 ROX.

Age of empires, IMHO, sucks. However, I keep trying to give it a go.

I understand what your're saying, falling at the first hurdle ect. but i've got so many other games i enjoy, that i just cannot be bothered to put the time in. i've played a fair few of these sort of games i just figure why bother with another. i do appreciate all your kind words of help but it just was'nt for me. thanks again.
