Sorry if this has been asked before, and I am sure it has, but are there any good sites for Medieval Total War? I just recently purchased the game and was looking for help.

Get the unit comparison tool from the Clan Berserk site that Xen showed you, its invaluable.
Don't forget to get the patch, either v1.1 for MTW or v2.01 for MTW:VI, both are available at the Org or at Totalwar.com in the downloads section.
