Merging .DLL

Okay, I wish to merge some of a mods dll into another mods dll, what's the fastest way to do this?
Or do I have to simply go through both dll until I find the differences and then write it in?

1) Get the source code for both DLLs
2) Merge the source code
3) Recompile

For merging the source code, the fastest way is to use a merge tool like Winmerge.

Its usually a good idea to google things. Winmerge makes combining any mod file a lot easyer.
