Method to start a city revolt

I'm looking for a python method for starting a city revolt and force it to remain in effect for a specified number of turns.

I'm also looking for a python method to change the ownership of a city from one player to another.

Does anyone have any previously developed code to do this?

For 1) i think pCity.setOccupationTimer(iNewValue) might do it, but not sure.

For 2) pPlayer.acquireCity(pCity,True,False) (first bool conquest, second bool trade)
