The only thing that is missing from Opera that would get me to use it is something similar to the Adblock extension from Firefox... if it were possible to block ads from within Opera, I'd use Opera more than I do now.
That would be great, but unfortunately, the ad-filter is Windows-only, and I run Linux.hbdragon88 said:Score one for Opera. Someone developed the Opera Ad Filter to block ads.

Mozilla is the better browser. THe format is better, it has better features, it has it's own popup blocker, yup.
Most people hate Mozillla cause they're used to IE. They're scared of anything but IE.
Perhaps this has to do with what system you have cause with WindowsME I don't see this option.hbdragon88 said:Quite the closed-minded person you are. "Format is better" is an opinion. Better features - I'll agree. And IE has its own popup blocker, too. I hate Mozilla because not only is it overrated, but I like Opera's feel and look better than Firefox's, not because I'm "scared of anything but IE."

Pfft. There was no argument. I mentioned the advantages of FF vs. Opera and vice versa, but never bothered to make an argument why Opera was better than FF. FF is just more popular than Opera.citizen001 said:I thought this discussion was over and Mozilla won by a fairly large margin!?!?

Then I got enlightened about Firefox, after suffering for a couple months with IE either crashing randomly, not opening, or, well, just being a pain.
Firefox I love because of TABS, TABS, and, ohh, did I mention that TABS? And that nifty little Google search thingie to the right of the Address Bar. Basically, Firefox is kinda like IE, same layout, just a lot better 'cause of the TABS, and it doesn't crash like IE (for me). SP2 did jack squat for IE, it still crashed and dies whenever I try to use it, and it usually makes XP crash, it takes both down. Firefox, its very, very stable. And I cannot live without TABS anymore!
It's so frusterating going on IE, and pressing crtl-t, and . . . nothing. (crtl-t gives a new Tab in Firefox)
