This is a Scenerio based on Ryhe's of Civilization Mod. And a modified Parkins Creations map. You need Ryhes of Civilization Mod for this to work. And Civ 3 Conquests.
The Starting year is 600 AD there are 150 Turns until 2050 AD
Playable Civilizations: Northren Europe,Southren Europe,China,America,Japan India Korea,Middle East.
Non-Playable Civilizations: Natives,Africa
Every Playable Civilization excluding America start with a Crossbowman & Catapult in every city. (America only has Crossbowmen)
Africa & Natives have an Archer in every city.
Governments:
Southren Europe, Feudal Monarchy
Northren Europe, Feudal Monarchy
China, Theocratic Monarchy
America, Oligarchic Republic
Japan India & Korea, Feudal Monarchy
Middle East, Theocratic Monarchy
Natives, Depotism
Africa, Depotism
My concept is since it's such a small map why not make UU's require a resorse from their native land. Meaning if you want to build Longbowman you need English Mercinaries. And if you want to build The Eiffel Tower you need French Mercenaries. Also Mercinaries add +2 Commerce on the tile they inhabit.
Also when you reserch Industrialization Europe and America get a +1 Sheild and +2 Commerce on every tile without a Resourse. When you research Globalization a resourse called Globalization appears on every tile on the map without a resourse it adds +1 Food,Sheilds,and Commerce.
The Units hitpoints are modded so that it's easier to kill outdated units, and you aren't losing Modern Armour to Spears. Plus Settlers (with Colinization) can Colonize any Marsh or Volcano square. Cities can't be built on Forests, Deserts, Jungle, Tundra, or Mountains.
Questions & constructive criticism are very welcome Happy Civing!

I've not played it yet but by looking at the map it dose look like fun to play but I would have liked it more if you had put more different civs.I know most of them would have been one city states but IMO it just would have made it more fun.

Antonio, I created a new scenerio with multi-civilizations
Weasel Op, I changed the hit points on allmost all units.
Ancient= -1hp
Late Medieval= +1
Industrial= +2
Early Modern= +3
Late Modern= +4

You chose odd countries to put as the same player. Japan, India, and Korea? India should be it's own civ. Japan and Korea would be fine, but they could stand as their own civs as well(Korea would have little of a chance, though). A divison of western Europe and Eastern europe would've been a better way to divide Europe. Better yet, make them their own civilizations. While we're talking about civilizations, you call this a "medieval" scenario(although according to you, it spans the entire length of human civilization) yet you put Mongolia in with China? Let's not forget, Mongolia forged the largest Empire ever during the middle ages.

Also, your ideas of making globaliztion and industrializtion add production, food, and commerce to most of the tiles is going to make this game too incredibly easy. Sciences will be researched in 4 turns, and everything will be produced too quickly.

Bad idea to put the North American Indians with Central/South American Indians. The two cultures never even knew of each other's existence. Also, if you're going to add an area of American indians, shouldn't it be along the Pacific coast? I mean, the land you used became American land BEFORE the pacific coast, which you put as American. Oh, and I notice nothing in Australia. If you're going to put America on the map hundreds of years before it came into existence, why not put Austrailia as well?

Louisiana should be one square to the left, right on the Mississippi. New York is...kinda misplaced, if you know what I mean. Finally, I suggest that you use a larger map. This size map is the map people use for...well, actually I don't recall ever seeing a map this small used in any scenarios I've downloaded.

The reasoning for bunching Japan + India + Korea & the bunching of native American cultures is that I wanted there to be 8 civs so I could play multiplayer with this scenerio. It's medieval cuz thats when it starts... and it dosen't stop untill the Modern Age, because I'd much wrather it that way. I have been experimenting with small maps because their faster and theres much less managing. New york is called that (and in a bad position I know) for game puposes. The mistake on Louisiana is going to be fixed soon. Australia is empty because I wanted there to be some open land to populate. Well I like my new resourse thingy. I like seeing the game go quickly. Oh, and the year will be changed momentarily.
