I don't usually get far enough into the tech tree to use the Stealth Bomber, but I managed to conquer a city containing several during my last game. Instead of destroying it, as would happen if they had been standard bombers, I was allowed to capture it, as if they were artillery.
Is that normal or is it a bug?
It was nice at the time having lost my entire air force to a poorly-timed revolt a few turns earlier, I followed-up with a bombing rampage that left the Russian fleet retreating quickly from Rome's virgin shores.
