The Missile Cruiser's "<iPower> rating is far less than that of the battleship it replaces. Something like 50 for battleship vs 14-16 for the missile cruiser.
Right, Battleship is currently 40 and MC only 14!
Should certainly also be 40 (compare to Destroyer 30 --> Stealth Destroyer 30). Everybody can change this in CIV4UnitInfos.xml.
