missing audio and other options

Installed BTS over the weekend; everything is working fine except that at the start up sceen under advanced / options or within the game under option on menu, both the tabs for audio and other options are blank.

What am I missing out on? How do I get them back?

This is a problem of the german version. I've heard that patch 3.02 fixes it. But you may have to dowload and install it manually.

I bought the German version but loaded it in English.

I checked for updates through the advanced screen and was told I'm up to date.
