Missing File

I got that urge again to conquere the world. But I didn't want to face the same countries.. Because i mean I want random so I don't always play with the same group of AIs.(IE the limited number gaurentees that each game will have atleast 5 if not more of the same countries u faced last time.) I decided to download the "All Civs" mod.. well. I put it in, worked for a while then kept crashing with a windows Error. So i reinstalled Civ4. Then I installed the SuperCiv Mod, as well as the Confederate Civ mod. Well, at first I kept thinking all the errors were mine, but, as it turned out, there wasa bug in a diplomatic file, that had a hotfix. Well, I went ahead, and started it up. No errors so i figured i was fine. But When i clicked single player it said "WBAutoSave.Civ4WorldBuilderSave" failed to load. Then it lets me continue to the next steps, and then crashes, the one tiem it didnt it put me on a tiny island by myself. It was enough for 5 cities, i click world builder, and it turned out it was the only island on the planet...

Anyways..

Is there a way I can download the missing file? its the WBAutoSave.Civ4World BuilderSave file. I'm pretty sure that is the accurate file name. its hard to tell because the error isa civ4 error and kinda hasa transperancy with whats behind it, and it seems to mess up when moved, but 98% sure thats right.

When i get this file where do i put it
