Missing Files

I was going through my old disks, and found of course one of the best original games made . . . Sid Meier's Civilization for Windows. . . being very enthused about this, I popped the disks into my computer and began to load the program, and then it happened, i have to crashed files on my disk! So my question is is there any way to fix them or, if any of you have the game from back in 1993 . . . would you mind sending me these two files. . . here are the two file names. . .
Disk 3- Civdata3.rsc
Disk 4- Wintune
