missing info for leaders

Don't know if its just my game, but some of the leaders are missing their civilopedia entries. Of the top of my head, Decius, Tasunke, Kane don't have entries.

Anywhere I can find those missing files?

Also.. why is Decius playable for different civs?

The entries are missing because no one has written them yet. You can learn about Decius's story through the Fall of Cuantine -> Into the Desert scenario sequence (I think?). He starts off as a Bannor leader.

Spoiler :

He gets caught doing some evil magic stuff and has to flee to either the Malakim empire or the Calabim empire.
