Missing promotion

"Merged Charge and Amphibious promotions, to make the combined version more valuable."

I have a lvl 7 + units yet cant find any promotion related to Amphibious assault.

Maybe im blind and or promo desc are not in place, but i dare to suggest it dosnt work/is missing.

The effect is on the Charge promotion, I just forgot to update the tooltip.
