Missing Settler Build Grid

Not sure where to post this question. I installed the patch for BTS. Prior to this, whenever a settler unit was active, a grid would show on the map where he could not build. Now when the settler is active the grid does not appear. Does anyone know if this is a setting I can change to bring it back?

Start the game, click Options, select the Graphics tab, [X] Show City Radius.
