Missing worker orders

I installed Windows 7 Home Premium (64-bit) today. Previously used Windows Vista Home Premium (32-bit). I followed Ainwood's August 7, 2009 post "Installing under Windows 7". I installed the Civ3Conquestsv122FULL patch. The game appears to be working properly. The only difference I've noticed so far was that the worker Orders icons seem different, i.e. fewer of them. At the start of the game, the only worker Orders icons available are Build Road and Build Mine. I remember many more choices before I made the change today. Do I need to install something else or make a change in C3C?

try pressing CTRL-P in game and look for "advanced Worker Actions" and check that,,,
beyond that idk
