[Ball Lightning]

Have you ever wanted to play with friends when they come over but it takes to long to do a game? Have you ever wanted to quickly play a game?

This is the mod for you, with 3 times the normal speed this mod will take alot less time. This mod can be aplied to any civ4 expansion as it only changes one file, and with this you can now also play marathon in Civ4 normal!!

Theres only 3 speeds on normal civ4, so i've just added marathon to the mod, as there is only one file which controls the speed, so it was easy to fix.

I'm confused. I loaded up a game but the speeds were the same. Marathon, Epic,Normal,Quick. When I ran a Normal game it had 450 turns, as per normal.

hmm. it worked for me... I'll have a look and try to fix it when i get home. I think i forgot to put it in teh main menu, have you tried custom and/or play game?

Marathon was added to normal in tthe 1.58 patch (i'm not sure if patch no. is correct but its there)

I must have got that patch with warlords, as that was when i got it. Well, if you don't have the patch then you can get marathon speed.

You can only play it in a custom game as i haven't had time to investigate how to add it to the Play Game menu. You must also make sure that you have put the folders in the right order.

It worked for me, also. But the border grew to fast and the AI couldn't handle it correctly??

Correct, but i haven't play tested it much as i am very short on time so any feedback is good, it is better for multiplayer games where you want to have a quick game with friends when they come over, and actually get somewhere.
