Mod Help

OK, I have a question. I want to create a scenario of an Ancient World Civilizations. I want to use an Earth map that I found in here and add in some of the Standard Civs as well as some of the created ones that are included in L'Ankou's Super Civ Pack. I can only figure out how to load the map that I want with the Standard Civs, or use the Mod with the new Civs with a Random Map. Any help on how I can pic the Civs I want to be included on a precreated map? I've read the tutorial as well as well as the Modding Guide that's posted here on the Forum.

You could try hexediting, the map/savegameeditor works also good but for mods its Trash since it doesnt work for mods.
