[Mod Idea] Aggressive or Super Aggresive AI

Can anyone make a mod that will make the AI super aggressive and warmonger

There are agendas such as AGENDA_OPTIMUS_PRINCEPS and AGENDA_DARWINIST and you could look at the operations.xml and Leaders.xml to make a more aggressive ai (besides the warmongering values I think you already have seen).

p.s. those two agends I mentioned, one wants as much territory as possible, the likes war.
