MOD Idea, Warhammer 40K

Anyone thought of this yet? I am sure some of you have seen the Warhammer 40K universe either through books, the tabletop game, or Dawn of War.

It would be a crazy and neat idea if it was possible to make a modded game of Civ to do this with.

I am all for that, I love Warhammer 40K.

The question is: who will make the units?

It would be nice if we had a tool that could make all kind of units.
