So today the game decided to randomly delete like 95% of the mods I have. I'm pretty sure the ones left over were downloaded from civfanatics and not the workshop. I've deleted the mod database cache in an attempt to fix this issue, but the problem is all of the deleted mods show up again, but are stuck on "transferring." And no transferring is happening. Does anyone know how to fix this?
