Mod Request: Border Expansion like in Civ V

I would like to request, if possible, a mod that changes the Border Expansion of a city in Civ VI to something akin to Civ V. Prioritizing resources and good tiles from the 3rd ring of the city before trying to fill the 2nd ring.
