Mod request : Canada

Hey there..I was hoping to play Canada as a civ but the current Canada civs on the mod list are all buggy so I thought to create my own. But my reading problems keep me from writing my own civ. Anyhow if someone could piece together a new working Canada civ that would be great!

I was thinking ::

Ruler : Wayne Gretzky
Trait : First Nations of the Great White North :: +1 food, gold, culture on any worked tundra or snow tile. +25% resources of oil
UB : Fur Outpost : replaces monolith : +1 culture +1 gold +1 food +2 city defense
UB : Tim Horton's : replaces hospital : +4 food +1 happiness +10% culture

or maybe if its possible -

UB : Totem :replaces monolith : +1 food, culture on whales and fish
UB : Fur outpost : replaces barracks : +?xp to scouts +1 gold +3 city defense
UB : Tim Horton's : replaces hospital : +3 food +2 gold +5% to production +5% to science
 
The Canada mod has always worked for me, one of the ones I referrenced when first starting out on the civ modding malarky too - are you sure it's not something else interfering with it?
 
well anything is possible but I've had no problems with other mods and civilizations and the errors in the canada mod seem txt based..it pops up lines from the code in the descriptions and whatnot. I've tried to go through and find the error myself but I cant see what is an actual error and what I'm just seeing wrong.

Besides the one I'm proposing is superior in historical and cultural coverage and whatnot :)
 
I think i will try to do Quebec first and Canada after, will love to have some of your idea and picture idea for the background.

Will let you know how it progress
