Mod request (Instant District Building)

Hi, first off, sorry if this is in the wrong place, Had a quick look and this seemed the best place to make requests.


Something, that I don't particuly enjoy about VI is the districts. Specificly, how long they take to build and the population requirements to get them. For me, it just makes the game less fun.

So just wondering and hoping if anyone more talented than me could make a mod that unlocks all districts from the population (So if unlocked, I can build all the districts in a brand new city without waiting for the population to grow for example) and that they only take one turn to build regardless of production level in the city.

I was initially hoping for the same thing.

Unlike Civ V though, the way the game balances tall vs wide is done in a few different ways. Having a district cost and escalating production costs are some of the ways it does that. Having instant districts would just be too unbalanced without making some other changes as well.
 
Not Instant and doesn't remove population requirements .. but this should help .. doesn't keep the AI from building districts .. just changes the cost progression of them

This is just quick and dirty .. all districts will cost their base construction

Edit: Added requirespopulation = false ..I would warn you that the AI will also be able to build them in 1 turn with no population requirements.
