MOD SUGGESTION: Make us more vulnerable!

Hey guys!

Im not a Civ veteran, but i played alot of CiV 6 and there is a couple things that bothers me. So i have few mods suggestions. There could be some mod that already exists and i would appriciate if you can tell me.

1. In the mid and end-game , no matter what difficulty , A.I cannot capture our cities. Because city walls are so powerful (expecially in modern and atomic era). So even if they have strongest siege units, they cant do it. Even we , real players have to grind until we destroy their walls. So, a mod that makes our city walls/defense more vulnerable would be nice!

2. A.I do not upgrade their units at full potential. For example i was in the atomic era but A.I's Norway is still using damn crosbows. I belive this is because they dont know how to get extra resources like iron, coal and so on. Mod that delete these requrements for A.I would probably fix this.

3. Less warmonger penalty. Yes, i do think A.I needs to get better so that we can actually fear them and for game to be harder. But warmonger penalty is rather anoying. There is no chance to have alliance with some civilization if you are going for domination victory as it would be possible in reallife war. This would make the game a bit easier but stronger A.I would be fine. I dont wanna even mention how anoying is when leaders denonuce you ever second turn.

4. NOTICE: I would like to have this mod. You may not want it and thats okay. So lets get back to it.
I dont like the idea that we can capture any city in civilization. If you are playing a domination victory, by the time you captures 2 capitas from 2 different civilizations you becomes a OP for A.I. There is no way they can stop you anymore as your science/culture/faith gets such a boost from capitals you capture. With other words , your empire is so strong compared to A.I. I mean sure A.I can also capture other capitals, but they dont doing it that often. A mod that put a limit to a nummber of capitals that we can capture would be fine. Then all capitals that you defeat but not capture should be destroyed. That way domination victory would be much harder and we would choose more carefully what capitals we want to capture.

Also another idea regarding this mod would be that we can capture all capitals , but when we capture them then we have 1 citizen and needs to grow it again , but all districts and farms/mines remains.
