Does anyone know any mod that has Brazil as civilization for Civilization IV: Any expansion, can you help me install I do not understand these things...

There are several large modpaks that add many additional civs to the game. I can't recall off the top of my head if or which one has Brazil, but I'm sure there is one. Check out Rise of Mankind, Quo Capita, and History in the Making first but there are several other big mods.

Try Civ Gold its nice. Though it has a bit of a load time.
As for helping you install it sorry I could not. I barely understand the instructions myself. And it took me many tries and much trial and error to get things to work. And due to the aforementioned wait time I'm still not entirely convinced I installed the Mod 100% right. But its close enough to right for me.
