Moda submitted a new resource:

Moda's Huge Earth Map Pack - A custom true-start map pack containing five huge (106x66) Earth maps.

A custom true-start map pack containing five huge (106x66) Earth maps.

REQUIRES GATHERING STORM EXPANSION

Maps included are:
- Earth
- Eurasia
- Europe
- Americas
- Middle East

Resources are placed manually, corresponding to real-world deposits and for game balance

All Civs are playable on each map. Civs whose capitals aren't on a particular map instead have their spawn point randomly selected from a pool of pre-set locations.

Feel free to edit and use these maps as you please,...

love your maps but the problem im having on europe is that TSL wont work. and it showed up in the world builder the first time i looked but later it wouldnt show up.

Seems like a great map but unfortunately I'm suffering CTD at later game (around turn 290, Earth map), the same issue encountered in YnAMP

I love this map... except one tile.
The volcano that is between south america and the north america.
I would like to remove it, but the world builder doesn't keep the starting locations if I modify the file...

Is there a guide of how to do it ? I tried to add players and after that I can place starting locations (even if I see they are already here) but I cannot add all civilizations and city states...
Maybe I miss something…

Okay. If someone has this problem, here how to do this:
- Edit the map with the world builder. Save it as a new file (keep the original file)
- With an SQL program (I use SQLite Expert) edit the two files (the original and the modified)
Report the starting position and everything that should have been deleted by the world builder. For that, you just need to copy the tables from the original files and paste them in the modified one.

By the way, with the sql editor, we could go further. I have seen that we could give name to the rivers or moutains...

Hey, i would love to play a huge earth map but i don't have any dlc's, i cant find a vanilla one anywhere. can you help with that?

You need to download and enable YNAMP mod which will enable you to place more civs ... you select Huge map size and everything else is the same.
