How to force ModBuddy to place action into <FrontEndActions> section of generated modinfo file?
The image bellow shows my current setup and resulting part of modinfo file (the action is in <InGameActions> section)

<InGameActions>
<UpdateDatabase id="ZRTCC_Settings">
<Properties>
<Context>Frontend</Context>
</Properties>
<File>ZRTCC_Config.xml</File>
</UpdateDatabase>
</InGameActions>

EDIT: Sorry, I was tired and miss the most obvious solution, the categories on the left side!
