Modbuddy issue (Help)

I started making a mod with Modbuddy then decided I would make it outside of Modbuddy, now when loading up mods in Civ6 it brings up multiple version of my Civ, how do I delete the old ones?

Reopen your modbuddy version of the mod in modbuddy and use Build\Clean Solution.

How do you get rid of the ones you make outside of Modbuddy?
And deleting them does not work, it picks it up from somewhere even if I can play it.

EDIT: Sorted, it was picking them up from a backup, would you believe that!
