Help newbie modder

I am tryng to make my first mod, it's for a friend of mine, I've been using the Template NewLeader from the ModBuddy but the game crashes with this error "Unhandled Exception Code: EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION Error reading address" and then a bunch of "?" I'll be attaching the mod and please anyone help I haven't been able to find a solution anywhere.
