Just wondering if it is possible or even how to merge like Sevo mod and FfH2 together to make a great mod??

Yes, but it will look awful and play awful.

Technically, you could add any mod to Fall from Heaven II, but again, most mods are made to be stand-alone, so the game won't play well. Some of TheLopez's mods might work pretty good in FfH2, I know some of them are already in there. You'll have to hunt through the XML to add mods to other mods.
