Modding will be rolled out in phases:
Phase 1: Initial modding support. Ability for players to mod the files and use them in their game. For hard core modders
Phase 2: Mod Management. Tools to let players easily enable, disable mods and set the order of loading.
Phase 3: Mod Sharing. Tools to share the mods via various websites (Mod.io, etc.).
Phase 4: In-Game Mod management / Sharing. Seamless management of mods and sharing for players.
