Modding the AI

Straight-forward question: Is it possible to mod the AI? I can't stand the tactics and I think I can develop a pretty decent algorithm. I downloaded the SDK but I couldn't find any way to mod the AI.

Not in any deep way; that will have to wait for source modding.
