Is it possible to play the Civ expansion pack (play the world) with all the beautiful units you created?

If so, is it possible to use them when going multiplaying?

I sure hope so... Me and my brother would really like that.

Seeing al the units and ideas you terrific people created, I thing the standard civ game is boring.

Ok thanks!

Seeing as how it hasn't been released yet, and no one has any idea whatsoever what kinds of game engine or file organization changes may have taken place........

I think out of pure politeness, I will give you the benefit of the doubt and hold my tongue. There was another post in which the poster was making a Creative AAR, describing a war hehad in his game, but adding in some realistic story telling. Well, some dude was wailing that he'd never heard of a war between America and India in the early 1900's. I was about to slam him to the floor, except for two things:

1) there were way too many posts, and by the time anyone read mine, it would've been waaaaay off topic (and some one clued him in later)

2) the guy was from Venezuela, and since I know about as much Venezuelan history as he does American, I figured it was a forgiveable offense (even though the post stated in plain english that it was fromhis game, and here we are on a forum devoted to what? a game.

Everybody brain-farts now and then.

So I won't call you funny names, cuz some day, I'll say something equally stupid, and you'll remember today, and say "Since you didn't slam me, I won't slam you". Or something like that.

:)

I like your arrogant way of talking hahahah

Yes you are right, it was stupid of me to ask this while the game isnt out yet :)

But people may dream or not?

Greetings

Well, you have a high enough post count that you should be aware by now that your question sin't likely to find an answer just yet, but then again, you could be like my mom and ask silly questions "just to be sure". She gets me to do it too sometimes...

I surely HOPE all these modded graphics can work. From the Firaxis Chat that's posted on the main page (www.civfanatics.com) they indicated (by my reckoning) that there would be very little hassle in doing this.

The answer to your original question is almost certainly yes, but there will probably need to be a little work done on them: I forsee that you will have to "manually" add such units and their graphics (a tedious but simple job if you have a few dozen things to add) as they are now, but once the makers of the mods have had a chance, they will be able to make something that installs with almost no effort at all.

Greetings back to you. I'd invite you over, but NW Indiana isn't exactly a tourist attraction. One word: Gary.
