[mods] No Nuclear Weapons Available...Why?

I'm playing a game now with mods and I cannot build nuclear weapons.
The option is not available in the menu.
It's not a matter of it being "greyed out" it just is not listed even though

-I have the technology
-I have enough Uranium
-I have completed the Manhattan Project

I am able to build nuclear plants and nuclear subs.
We are at turn 400, there have been many modern wars, and nobody has launched a nuc, so this tells me for some reason it has been erased.

I played another game with mods last week and did not have this issue, so I am thinking maybe it is one of the new mods I added that might be to blame?
I have listed them below:

Republic of Slovenia (v.1)
The Goths (BNW & GK) (v.65)
Inuit (v6)
Texas by Calcul8or (v2)
North Carolina (v.3)
Czech Republic-(v.1)
JFD's Anglo-Saxons
Colonist Legacies-Mexican Republic
Virginia (v.3)
Confederate States of America (v.1)

These are in addition to several other mods I used last game, would you like me to post those as well?

It's more than likely a mod or a mod conflict.

Maybe post this in the mod forum where folks are more knowledgable?

The only real way to find out which mod it is is to narrow it down by removing some and restarting the game.

Trial and error.

EDIT: moved to a different forum while I was posting.

Its unlikely one of those new civs you added caused the conflict, since all they do is add new civilizations.
Its more likely that one of those new civs is conflicting with some of those previously working mods you mentioned
A full list of all your mods as well as the logs from 'documents/my games/civilization v' would help.

Yeah, nuclear weapons being banned might be the obvious reason.

OK, I have a mac, so I went to Documents>ASPYR>CIV5 and the following is the list of folders there:

cache, logs, maps, moddedsaves, mods, moduserdata, replays, saves, screenshots, text, transferred maps.

I also have stand alone text files: config.ini, GraphicsettingsDX9.ini, UserSettings.ini

Which do you need me to open?

Here are the other active mods in use, note these were in use last game and I was fine
Dome of the Rock Wonder (v.3)
Fortress Borders (v.2)
Fortress Borders-Outposts (v.5)
Pan-American Highway Wonder (v.1)
RoC’s Quebec (v.2)
TarcisioCM-Austria-Hungary (v.1)
Capture+ (v.7)
The Cherokee (v.2)
Pacific Railroad (v.1)
Global Warming Congress (v.2)
JFD’s Kingdom of Belgium (v.1), Prussia (v.16), Soviet Union (Lenin) (v.3)
Commonwealth of Iceland (v.2)

Gloval Warming (v.7)
Texas by calcul8or (v.2)
Aquatic Fortress (v.1)
Water Tiles Don’t Suck (v.1)
BNW Leugi’s Israel Civlization (v.7)
Leonardos Workshop (v.5)

Check active World Congress resolutions.

No, in fact Cartage tried to pass such a resolution and failed.

Do nuclear weapons show in the civilopedia under units? And are they showing in the tech tree?

I don't see any mod that you have listed that I would suspect removes nuclear weapons from the game, but if you are using any of the 'fake dlc' mods besides EUI, they could very well be doing this.

How can I know if I am using a fake dlc mod other than EUI?
Yes, they do show in the civilopedia.

Open your \Sid Meier's Civilization V\Assets\DLC DLC folder and look if you got anything other than the following DLC:

EDIT:

Thanks LeeS!

Guys, I need some help.
Just finished playing another game, and sure enough the nucs still are not available.
I didn't find this out of course until the atomic era.

1) What do I need to do to clear this up
and

2) What info do you guys need from me?
-Do you want to know all the mods I have subscribed to OR just the ones in use?

I cannot find the DLC folder nor can I tell what if any mods are DLE.
I have a mac, and I can't find that folder.
I can go to finder>>>documents>>>aspyr>>Sid Meirs Civ 5>>mods
but that doesn't tell me much.
Help?

At the very least, it would be nice to find out if nucs work or do not work AHEAD of 200 turns into the game!

Unfortunately for you, most of us here don't use Macs (well I do, but I don't play games on them). You may get more joy asking the "where are the XYZ folders" in the Mac sub-forum, and then coming back armed with that knowledge

1) So do you think most of my errors are due to using a Mac/is there an inheritent risk in using mods on a Mac unlike Windows?

2). Is there anyway I can at least find out before I've played 300 turns if nukes are available?

OK, I am just about to start another game. I want to know in advance (not at turn 300) if I should be fine with nukes.
The following are mods I plan to use, do you see any issues or is there a way I can see in advance on my mac? Thanks.

Capture+ (v.7)
Fortress Borders (v.2)
Fortress Borders-Outposts (v.5)
Global Warming (v.7)
Global Warming Congress (v.2)
Pan-American Highway Wonder (v.1)
Dome of Rock Wonder (v.3)
Leonardos Workshop (v.5)

(BNW) Leugi’s Israel Civ (v.7)
Colonialist Legacies-Austrailian Commonwealth (v.4), Mexican Republic (v.1)
Inuit Civ
Pennsylvania Civ (v.2)
Rhode Island (v.5)
Republic of Texas (v.2)
Bernie Sanders’s America (v.1)
JFD’s The Anglo-Saxons (v.1), The Confederation of Switzerland (v.5),
The Commonwealth of Iceland (v.2), The Germans (v.2), The Republic of Carthage

You could try starting in the Atomic or Information eras with these mods, quick build the Manhattan Project, and see if you can build nukes. If you can, quit and start earlier.

Does logging wok on Macs? if you look at whoward's signature, there's a link to enabling logging. The logs will show errors that could be a clue as to the problem.

Thanks, I just did and the atomic bomb IS finally available and showing, wonder what mod was messing it up prior?
