Mods not working?

Ok I downloaded and installed a map and I can't play it. I went to mods - single player - set up game ... and the map is nowhere to be found. I also downloaded a mod that has zero maintenance for roads and I don't think that one is working either. Can anybody help?

Never mind, I got it to work.
