Playing BtS on a relatively new computer with Vista 64-bit.
I've downloaded several mods (new civs, modpacks, etc.) to play and have followed the insturctions on downloading, installing, and how to run them. However, I just can't get them to work. I've cleared the cache and edited the config file as suggested.
The status bar open running the program shows that they are running and the mod name appears in the upper right hand corner in the main menu screen but the actual changes (ex: additional civs) fail to appear.
Any suggestions?
