[GS] Moksha purchase district with faith not working?

Hi all, could I request some assitance here, i think it will be something obvious but;
I've unlocked Moksha's ability to purchase districts with faith, He's established in a city with enough population for another district, I have an appropriate plot. I don't have enough faith to but it right now (bad timing) but at least it should appear in a list. The tab for districts is now listed under the buy with faith tab.
Is there anything else I'm missing that would stop me being able to see the districts to buy?

I've attached a save file in case anyone would like to jump in.

Edit: moved Moksha to a different city, waited until established. Still no joy.

Not sure what to tell you, but it definitely works for me. Plunked down 3600 faith to instabuild a spaceport.

Only thing that might prevent district faith buying is if the city is already at maximum districts for its size.

OK, I think I see the problem. Moksha's Divine Architect ability works only in the city he is in.

Thanks cain, but it’s not that. I moved him round to a few different cities. Some with religious districts, some without. All had enough pop to get another district. Let him get established in each of them.
Still no joy.

Trying to load the save shows that your'e using Production Queue mod. I don't think it is necessary any more, since production queue has already been implemented in the game.
Anyway, just disable/uncheck production queue in the city build tab. That's what is preventing you from purchasing with faith. It is the same on the consoles.

Great, thanks for that. I tried to turn off the mod but when I load the save game to check it out it still has the mod installed.
I guess I’ll have to start again so see if that’s what the problem is.

You're welcome.
Yes, it is marked as a save-affecting mod and you can't load an already started game without it. But feel free to disable and unsubscribe from it, as the queue is already in the base game.
While in console release the queue is activated by checking a box (which prevents buying for faith in a similar way), it is different for PC, there's nothing to check or uncheck, so yes, in your case you'll need to start a new game without that mod.
