[MoO] MOO2: Open Challenge #2

On YouTube comments, people are starting to get the Doctor Who reference. Fun fact is that I never watched Doctor Who before creating my first Daleks in MOO2. I was googling for other popular cybernetic races from scifi, other than the "swedish" ones from Star Trek, to theme one of my custom races, and liked those Dalek pepper shakers.

Also, the Darlok citizen icons somewhat resemble Daleks in shape (and name, what a coincidence!), so that was it...
